More paper work for H1N1. I have 10 Junior Ones (7
th graders) and three junior twos(8
th graders). Each of these classes can be one case of fever or H1N1. If one or two students have fever, the teacher who is teaching that class has to fill out forms like this. Also the teacher have to take a temperature daily.
I have so many forms each day. the forms cannot even finish. I cannot even finishing filling these forms. Everyday is a new case.
I have to fill out my personal information and daily temperature in my body. I have to do it for 7 days. Also, I have to measure the temperature twice a day. One in the morning and
another one in the afternoon. After a week, I have to give the form to the school and the school will handle to the ministry of health department in Tainan.
